Job Details:
Flex time opportunity available for a Physician Assistant to join one of the largest and busiest emergency medicine departments in Virginia. Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, an 825 bed teaching/tertiary care referral center, has an average of combined visits with urgent care to over 100,000 visits annually.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Current Virginia state license or the ability to obtain.
- Basic Life Support certification required. Advanced life Support certification preferred.
- Eligible for prescriptive authority.
- Must be able to meet credentialing requirements.
- Qualifies for malpractice insurance and is accepted by Carilion Clinic's malpractice insurance carrier.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
