***Position requires participation in a 7 x 24 call rotation including weekends and holidays*** Job Requirements:
Candidate must have well-rounded technical skills and be able to act as a liaison between the Technology Services Group, vendors and client areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to application maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and development of project work plans. Candidate must possess strong analytical and project management skills as well as the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work both independently and in a team setting. Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation, and the ability to interface and influence projects at multiple organizational levels are critical.
Working knowledge of any of the following applications/systems is highly desirable: Agfa Impax, Nuance Powerscribe and Epic Radiant
Education/Experience
B.A. or B.S. degree in healthcare, business or computer science or equivalent work experience preferred.
