Degree/Requirements: BSW/BA in psychology or related field, as well as experience working with adults living with a chronic mental illness. Must have a valid NJ driver’s license
Manages consumer cases in the Alternative Living Supervised Program (a supportive housing program). Responsibilities include medication monitoring, providing IMR services, assistance with budgeting and linkage to benefits, coordinating of medical appointments, assistance with ADL's, grocery shopping and laundry. Performs crisis intervention as needed. Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast paced program.
