Degree/Requirements:
RN or LPN + Experience w/ Psychiatric population, Must have NJ Driver's License
Provides injections to consumers as prescribed by the Staff Psychiatrist. Conducts initial and ongoing evaluations of consumers'
medical status. Acts as a liaison between staff and medical community. Facilitates consumer groups involving medical, medication and/or personal care issues. Communicates relevant information regularly to medical/clinical team. Participates in case conferences and staff meetings. Participates in the development of the CSP.
