Responsible for the implementation of Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs), providing input for IRPs, performing Illness Management Recovery (IMR) services where applicable, and on-site services to all consumers on caseload. Functions as an active team member by facilitating groups, covering shifts, and communicating all relevant information to other team members. Active member of the treatment team. Utilizes crisis intervention skills as needed, provides supervision to consumers, and follows documentation according to Agency procedure.
Requirements: BSW in social work or BS/BA in psychology or a related field. One year of residential mental health experience preferred. Valid New Jersey driver’s license that is current and in good standing.
