Oversees the daily operations of the group home and ensures the group home is safe, clean, and provides an adequate living environment for all consumers. Provides direct care staff with continuous supervision, completes appropriate staff evaluations, manages the program schedule to meet coverage needs, and ensures the daily implementation of direct services and staff duties. Participates in consumer related activities, implements service plan goals and interventions, and assists consumers with their financial goals when providing case management services. Utilizes crisis intervention skills when needed and reports behavioral changes to clinical team as needed.
Requirements: BSW in social work or BS/BA in psychology or a related field. One full year of experience working in a residential mental health setting is required for this position. Valid New Jersey’s driver’s license that is current and in good standing.
