Estimator or Project Manager/Estimator

Qualifications (Education/Experience) Required:
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years project management estimation experience in the construction industry, as well as extensive knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and managing jobs.
BS degree in construction or related field preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Background must be in construction estimating or project management/estimating.
We’re looking for an individual with a solid background in managing all phases of commercial construction.
This position routinely creates/monitors budgets, timelines, and determines the scope of the projects.
