Job Description :
This position requires knowledge of analytical techniques and experience in gathering data to facilitate process analysis and/or problem solving. The position requires experience in gathering and evaluation of technical source data and the configuration management of such data into inter-related technical manuals and commodity manuals. This includes technical content analysis, data integration, and configuration management of data resulting from aircraft/equipment modifications that require before and after modification data inclusion.
· Update technical data using the PCMS GUI application and other programs developed.
· Responsible for quality assurance of task work accomplished.
· Utilize programs and procedures for Parts and Equipment configuration.
· Resolve problems related to Parts and Equipment configurations.
· QC data outputs for accuracy and uniformity.
· Perform pre and post data review of assigned parts and equipment.
· Coordinate with JA, QC, supply, logistics and ES personnel.
· Responsible for meeting daily production goals.
Job Requirements :
· 3 - 5 years experience in TO Parts and Equipment related career field.
· Demonstrated ability to read and understand military specifications and governing/policy documents.
· Excellent written communication skill is required.
· Demonstrated computer skills using various database and desktop programs.
· Prior military/civil service experience desirable.
· Knowledge of Fed Log, D043, D200 and JEDMICS desired
· Understanding of USAF TO System.
· Able to prioritize workload.
· Able to effectively work with other personnel.
· Able to effectively communicate both written and orally.
· Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.
· Able to resolve problems/issues relating to assigned manuals.
· Possesses an understanding of various digital data systems.
· Able to multi-task. Possesses good organizational skills
