Job Description :
This position is responsible for the support of existing Lotus application as well as the potential design, creation, testing, deployment and security of future applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 75% Administration/Support
· Resolve service tickets within service level agreement timeframe.
· Documentation of existing design and architecture
· Analysis of existing applications and design
· Monitor performance
· Lotus Notes administration
· Creation of end user documentation
· Training of end users 15% Application Development / Enhancements
· Capacity planning for the Lotus Domino environment
· Create end user documentation
· Gather user requirements
· Intranet Development 10% Server Administration
· NSD 7.02 data collection and analysis
· Process and service verification
Job Requirements :
Education: Two years College or Technical School resulting in Associate’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Accreditation/Certification/Licenses:
*Lotus Notes Application Development PCLP 6.0 or greater
*Lotus Notes Administration
*Lotus Notes Web Development
Previous Job Experience:
*Created web-based application (preferably in K12 environment)
*Application development using Lotus Domino, HTML and JavaScript
*Full-life cycle application development, including design, analysis, prototyping, system development, testing and implementation of applications that use workflow and messaging
*Disaster recovery and contingency planning for Domino applications
Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*Customer Service Oriented
*Microsoft Server 2003
*Domino Clustering
*Lotus Notes Development and Administration

*Stored Procedures
