Part-time receptionist:
Successful applicant will be able to multi-task and manage phone system for 50+ person office, directing calls and screening out solicitors and other non-business related calls. Must be friendly, high energy, and be able to convey a positive firm image in person and by telephone. Additional tasks will require the ability to perform various duties in word processing and review and quality control of archived materials, plus other tasks as assigned. The ability to anticipate client needs and act as a facilitator and problem solver is a must. This position will require someone who enjoys dealing with the public, is not easily discouraged by high maintenance clients, and who is able to motivate co-workers. An excellent opportunity for anyone planning a career in sales, marketing, or client relations.
