As a leading, member-focused, community-involved financial institution located in the Oshkosh & Fond du Lac areas, we are seeking an enthusiastic, motivating, self-assured professional to join our team as Manager of Member Service (Tellers).
The Manager of Member Service provides onsite leadership, motivation and direction for the operational activities of 5 local branches and the Teller Team. The Manager also coaches and develops personnel to achieve organizational sales and member satisfaction objectives, ensuring that all tellers provide excellent member service in accordance to CitizensFirst’s core values. This individual ensures operational integrity and compliance with organization/regulatory policies.
A successful candidate should: possess 3+ years managerial experience (financial industry a plus); have experience in a service environment; exhibit strong oral/written communications; exercise effective change management, good leadership & decision making skills; have demonstrated ability to work within and develop a team environment; have proven commitment to quality member service.
