Job Purpose:
Under limited supervision, assists in supervising, planning and directing of the City of Sumter Water and Sewer Distribution and Public Works Departments. Reports to the Superintendent of Water and Sewer Distribution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in engineering or related field and five years experience in water and sewer distribution systems and public works; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Possess strong supervisory, personnel and communication skills. Possess a valid S.C. driver’s license.
