Inside Sales:
The company is seeking an experienced inside sales representative familiar with Hospital Revenue Cycle to prospect and set appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make between 75 and 100 calls per day to identified prospects to set up appointments.
- Schedule a minimum of 10-15 qualified follow up calls/meetings per week
- Maintain list of prospects to contact.
- Maintain call logs and report detail regarding calls and appointments made.
Position Qualifications:
- Must have Healthcare Revenue Cycle or Medical Records knowledge
- High School Diploma.
- Business school or associates degree equivalent is a plus.
- 2 - 3 years telemarketing experience.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work well independently.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Great listening and closing skills.
- Ability to handle heavy phone work and provide top-notch service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
