Call Center Lending Services
Job Location: Appleton, WI
Responsibilities:
Taking consumer loan applications, performing debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtaining approvals and preparing the loan for closing at the requested branch. This person will also assist members in the successful resolution of questions or concerns regarding their loans. The Lender by Phone will have the opportunity to promote all products and services through suggestive sales techniques with a focus on relationship development with each member.
Qualified candidates:
Will possess exceptional communication skills with both internal and external members. Candidates should have 2 – 3 years related lending experience, the ability to deal with multiple priorities, be detail oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office products.
