Description:
This position will plan, manage and administer human resources generalist accountabilities to insure goals and objectives of the organization are accomplished. This includes recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations, payroll, performance management and orientation. Provides guidance and direction to Human Resources staff of 3.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or Business related field
5+ years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
Ability to coach and mentor staff and to further development
Ability to influence others and gain acceptance of controversial or innovative ideas
Must be organized, detail oriented and be able to handle many priorities simultaneously to meet timelines
Effective verbal and written communication skills
