Relationship Manager
Job Location: Oshkosh and Appleton, WI
Job Summary:
Provide outstanding service by establishing, developing and building relationships with members and prospective members. Responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services to meet their financial needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, quality service to external and internal members.
- Interview members and prospective members to determine which products and services will best meet their financial needs.
- Open and support deposit accounts for members or prospective members, including savings, checking, certificates, money markets, ACH, TYME, holiday, insurance, escrow, IRA. Also close accounts when necessary.
- Take consumer loan applications, complete loan approval form, perform debt ratio/collateral analysis, obtain approvals, close loans and complete files.
- Assist members with service needs including wire transfers, payroll deduction/direct deposit, check and TYME card requests and statement queries.
- Serves as a teller when required.
- Assist members in the successful resolution of questions or concerns they may have regarding their accounts.
- Address member questions pertaining to mortgage loans, commercial loan, credit cards, and other products or services offered by the credit union.
- Develop and expand relationship with members or prospective members through direct contact via phone solicitations or direct member contact.
- Cross-sell all credit union products and services.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess an Associates degree; plus two to three years related experience primarily derived from prior experience within the financial services industry. Computer skills also required.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
