Job Description:
Community First, a member owned cooperative, is expanding in the Oshkosh area. As Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations and further our growth by expanding member relationships and developing new members.
This position is responsible for the administration and efficient operation of a full service branch and will participate in day-to-day operations. As a role model, you will ensure that branch goals are attained, established policies and procedures followed and inspire your team in delivering exceptional member service.

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years banking experience to include consumer lending, sales and service experience, compliance and regulatory policies. Strong leadership and coaching skills needed to mentor staff.
Candidates must be organized, detailed oriented and able to handle multiple priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation sills, and computer proficiency required.
