Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) will be available during office hours and scheduled for the triage, treatment, and/or referral of patients of Community Health Network. Assessment, diagnosis, treatment and/or referral will be made in accordance with the medical protocols on file in the clinic and the appropriate Wisconsin statutes and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner/Physicians Assistant licensure Experience in providing primary care service in a rural setting preferred. CPR certification is required.
