Salary: Experience Based Job Requirements: Selectee will perform electrical engineering analyses and RDT&E tasks C4I systems including system concept formulation, system, and subsystem design analysis, interface design analysis, field service analysis, installation, integration, and test and evaluation of C4I equipment/systems and subsystems.
Education: BS in Electrical Engineering
Licenses or Certifications: Professional Engineering License a plus
Experience: Five years of practical engineering experience in engineering, analysis or integrated C4I equipment/systems and subsystems.
Physical Requirements: Work in standard office, avionic laboratory and flight-line settings

Compass Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with domain expertise in C4I systems for both land-based, ship and airborne platforms in support of NAVAIR, NAWC-AD, programs. Candidate selected must have a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution plus 5 years of experience supporting complex electrical engineering and integration efforts in a DoD or other government contracting environment. Candidate should have a working knowledge of the Systems Engineering Technical Review Process. Candidate selected will be responsible for supporting government engineers by performing all aspects of systems and electrical engineering and integration support for C4I systems including, requirements engineering, system trade-off studies, analysis of alternatives, and other systems engineering support tasking including sensor/systems/platform integration, test and evaluation, etc. Candidate may be required, on an as-needed basis, to provide project management support by maintaining information related to cost, schedule, and budget for specific tasks. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and must be capable of working equally as well either independently or in a team environment. Candidate must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified environment and accordingly will be subject to a background investigation. Additional Information:
