Job Description:
Compass Systems, Inc. is seeking candidates for the following full time UAV positions in Yuma, AZ:
UAV Maintenance Technicians: Applicants should be familiar with large-scale wooden and composite aircraft construction, small petrol engine maintenance and tuning, and general electronic systems troubleshooting.
UAV Payload Operators: Payload sensor/ camera experience. Previous experience with Hunter/Shadow/Predator a plus.
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operators: Requirements include at least one year Radio Controlled (RC) experience with airplanes, preferably Giant Scale; ability to maneuver an air vehicle using flight controls such as rudders and elevators. The ideal candidate will have actual experience flying UAVs including takeoff and landing, and will possess a pilot license.
Candidates must be US citizens and possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Salary commensurate with experience All positions will require travel outside the continental United States (OCONUS) for three to four month rotations. Travel will also be required for training inside the CONUS. Premium compensation paid for OCONUS deployment.
