Job Description:
Compass Systems, Inc. is a profitable, growing company focused on military systems, avionics, and imagery/surveillance systems. We are seeking an ambitious software engineer with 2-5 years of software development experience.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Expertise in C/C++ programming, including TCP/IP sockets, inter-process communications, and multi-threading.
- Knowledge of full life-cycle development (analysis, design, construction, implementation).
- Knowledge of rapid development methodologies.
- Past experience working on comprehensive development projects with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic. - US citizenship is required. Applicants must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
