Job Description:
Compass Systems, Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer for the Navy C-130J Hercules program.
This individual will be responsible for software systems test planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of C-130J aircraft software systems ground and flight test.
Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to test plan writing, systems test procedures writing, and test data collection and analysis, as well as engineering reports on test results.
This position requires the ability to interface well with management, good communication and writing skills, familiarization with Navy or Air Force aircraft, airborne flight control, navigation, communications, and sensor systems as well as hardware and software systems integration testing.
Position requires that you be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Must have at least 5 years of Navy or Air Force aircraft software systems test and evaluation related experience. C-130J Hercules aircraft experience preferred but not required.
