Job Responsibilities

• Makes trips including overnight and extended trips requiring irregular hours
• Keeps cars clean and in operating condition
• Can perform basic maintenance of the vehicle including filling gas tank, checking oil and fluids, changing a flat tire, and keeping it clean
• Advises General Manager or Assistant Manager if vehicle needs repairs and maintenance
• Must follow all Company safety policies and procedures
• Immediately reports any and all accidents to the General Manager

Requirements

• Exhibits sound and accurate judgment
• Accepts responsibility for own actions
• Observes safety and security procedures; properly uses equipment
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
• Arrives at meetings and appointments on time
• Follows instructions, responds to management direction; and commits to being available to answer our calls to work

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps, road signs, and procedure manuals. Able to speak effectively
• Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Able to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few issues in standardized situations
• Must be able to learn Company payroll/timekeeping system to clock in and out to track their time/hours
• Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
