We provide services to individuals with acute, chronic or long-term conditions, including those with special needs. Clarity Care’s Home Health division is currently seeking qualified candidates for full and part-time CNA’s, Personal Care Workers, and Homemaker Companions for our Oshkosh and Green Bay offices. Theses positions assist individuals with short and long-term disabilities in their homes. Qualified candidates must have a valid WI driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
