Semi-Skilled Laborer – Parks Maintenance
Job Location: Greenville, SC
Salary Range:
$18,906 - $29,830
Description:
Perform maintenance of all public parks, facilities, grounds (grass cutting), and community centers. Perform heavy-duty maintenance such as removal of downed limbs and clearing wooded areas and creek banks. Installs repairs and replaces parks facilities. Perform maintenance for the upkeep and safety of all playground equipment. Perform special events setup and removal. Requires additional training beyond high school in heavy equipment operations preferred. Six months to one year experience in power equipment and landscaping. Require also a valid SC CDL driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and good oral and written communication skills and lift 50lbs assisted and up to 100 lbs unassisted.
