Job Location: New Orleans, LA
Position summary:
To provide program and technical support services for the Commander Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) Navy Recruiting District offices.

Tasks:
Provides support for the overall program operational objectives, including but not limited to:

    • Program and technical support to accommodate program analysis requirements, tracking the execution of various functions and assisting program planning efforts.
    • Performs documentation review, preparation of special reports, development of recommendations for program improvements, preparation and/or review of technical documentation, preparation of presentation material and briefing documents, and administrative support as necessary for resolution of identified procedural problems.
    • Obtains information through liaison with other departments, verifies appropriate documentation, matches information with specified databases, and updates selected records.
    • Screens public inquiries and provides routine answers/information or refers questions to appropriate resource.
    • Assists with other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required as well as 3+years experience performing general office duties and preparation of statistical reports and analyses. Experience with MS Office products required.

Security Clearance: Employee must undergo a favorable background check through local and national criminal databases and credit check as well as obtain and maintain a favorable suitability determination by CNRC. Active Clearance preferred.
