Description:
Responsible for Login Dept. Manage time for all associates in Login dept. Audit associate work as outlined in work instructions. Responsible for associate annual reviews. Adjust work flow to meet standards of delivering baskets to lab. Responsible for assuring that all associates are current on training and work instruction as outlined. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situation to internal/external customers. Ability to apply and understand instructions furnished in writing, oral or diagram form. Completing research as needed for proper login protocols.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. 1 yr Supervisor experience minimum or 1 yr experience with CTL. Advance experience in Windows, Excel, MS Outlook and Office. Ability to sit or stand for long periods and capable of lifting current OSHA limits.
