Flatbed Class A Drivers - Home 2-3 Nights Per Week

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years verifiable flatbed experience with two or less moving violations or preventable accidents or a combination of both in the last 3 years.
All candidates must have their high school diploma or GED, Class A CDL, professional demeanor, great attention to detail, and pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
- Can by reason of experience, training, or both safely operate the type of commercial motor vehicle he/she drives.
- Can by reason of experience, training or both determine whether the cargo he/she transports has been properly located, distributed, and secured in or on the commercial motor vehicle he/she is driving.
- Is familiar with methods and procedures for securing cargo in or on the commercial motor vehicle he/she drives.
- Is physically capable of lifting a 75 lb. Bundle of trim.
- Has a current valid commercial motor vehicle operator’s license issued from one state of jurisdiction.

VACATION/PERSONAL DAY POLICY
One personal day will be accrued on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st after 90 days of full-time employment.
MEDICAL & DENTAL INSURANCE
Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance on the first day of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
CAFETERIA PLAN
A cafeteria plan exists enabling employees to pay insurance premiums with pre-tax dollars. In addition, a medical savings account and childcare account are available within the cafeteria plan.
EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN (E.S.O.P.)
CSMI is an employee owned company and employees receive stock allocations based on a percentage of wages in years they qualify based on the details of the plan.
401(k)
A 401(k) plan is in place for all employees who want to participate. The company will match 100% of the first 4% of wages the employee contributes to 401(k). An employee is eligible to enter the plan at the beginning of each quarter after the 90-day probationary period. Vesting in the company contribution is over a period of six years in which the participant works at least 1,000 hours per year. The employee is always 100% vested in his own contributions.
EDUCATION ASSISTANCE
At CSMI, we recognize that our employees’ skills and knowledge are critical to the success of our company. Therefore, we created our educational assistance program to encourage employees to maintain and improve their job-related skills through formal education. Our educational assistance program is available to all full-time employees who have completed 90 calendar days of service and meet the guidelines of our Education Assistance Policy. The maximum annual payable benefit through this program is $5,250.00 per eligible employee.
