Position Summary: Administers CME polices and procedures for all company personnel. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, temporary employees, and interns. Will be responsible for posting ads, printing and distributing resumes. Will maintain all resume tracking. Conduct all new employee orientation and full on boarding process. Provide full benefits administration, which includes enrollment, claim resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintains HR records and compiles reports. Assist in employee relation’s efforts. Track and maintain all training records. Participates in developing department goals and objectives. Works under general supervision.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field Experience: 5 + yrs preferred

Physical Requirements: • Ability to perform detailed work on a computer for extended periods of time.
Other Requirements: • Performs other duties as assigned • Position requires US Citizenship for purposes of obtaining clearances. Additional clearances may also be required by the Department of Defense
