Innovate on Day 1

Were looking for a Product Manager to help us develop the next generation of cutting edge community engagement software! Citizen expectations are evolving quickly, and as our Product Manager, you will guide our development strategy through conversations with our clients, substantive market research and hands-on project ownership. This position is based at our headquarters in Manhattan, KS, and most of your time will be spent here with our product development and marketing teams. Occasional travel to user groups, tradeshows and conferences will be required.

This creative role will be responsible for taking the pulse of the local government marketplace in order to assess both citizen and government needs in web-based software solutions. TheManager will lead our internal innovation and brainstorming sessions, presenting data to help guide our development priorities. Additionally, the role will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing department to effectively educate our customers regarding new trends and technologies, and the Manager serves as the primary project owner for all new development, ensuring high standards, top-notch quality and an amazing user experience.
