Description:
The Software Developer will be responsible for developing new functionality and performing maintenance on the existing system. The software is currently written in ASP but we are preparing to migrate to ASP.NET (C#) so experience in the latter is critical. SQL Server 2005 is the database for the system. A firm knowledge off HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is important. This Developer will be expected to be self motivated and have a passion for producing high quality code.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop high quality code that has a minimal number of bugs
Perform complete testing on developed code
Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
Look beyond the current line of code being written to see the larger affect and future direction of the system
Maintain design documentation for a changing code environment
Requirements:
2+ years of software development experience
2+ years of ASP.NET (2.0 and newer Framework)
2+ years experience developing with SQL Server 2000 or 2005
1+ years experience developing with SQL Server 2005
