SUMMARY:
Performs repetitive assembly operations to produce harnesses.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (Other duties may be assigned as production requirements dictate):
Workers in harness cell production are required to perform the following production procedures:
*Assemble components of harnesses per work order and/or blueprint.
*Sew components as designed by using auto and manual sewing machines.
*Cut slots in webbing for buckles when appropriate.
*Remove staples from webbing after sewing.
*Position and sew labels in predetermined area on harness.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
