Job Description:
Assist the Director of Field Sales and Regional Sales Manager in appointed territory in the promotion of company products and services.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Support Specialist will identify, qualify and direct sales leads to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager. Distribute literature, videos, samples and other promotional materials. Conduct product demonstrations and safety awareness meetings to end users at the direction of the sales force. Use of demonstration trailer is required for this position. You will visit and promote Capital Safety brands to designated regional and national accounts and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
Education And/Or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university with a minimum of four years selling experience or five to ten years related selling and or training experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to make effective and persuasive sales presentations and effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. A 30-50% travel and the employee will most likely be required to live in the geographical territory for which they are responsible.
