Description
Caring Family Network A DePelchin Childrens Center Affiliate, is instrumental in providing care to traumatized, abused and neglected children. We have an immediate opening for a self directed, Clinical Case Manager to join the team in working with foster families and children in and around Travis County. The Clinical Case Manager will provide a range of case management services to children and their families. The Clinical Case Manager will coordinate case management services through contacts with clients, staff and external sources.
Requirements
* BSW, BA, BS, MA, MS, M. Ed., MSW or Masters Degree in related
Human Services field preferred.
* Entry level acceptable with one years experience preferred.
* Experience in case management, crisis intervention, or child welfare
preferred.
*Fluent Bi-Lingual English-Spanish skills required.
