Shift:
Float pool (on-call status)
Summary:
Provide the day-to-day care of clients in the residential program. Responsible for ensuring that the needs of the children and youth are being met in accordance with policies and procedures. Also assists in the development of a therapeutic milieu.
Bachelor's degree in social science or related field required. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. One to two years of experience in a therapeutic residential setting is preferred. Provide goal directed interventions to children and youth in treatment. This position requires driving. Must have a valid Texas drivers license and clear driving record.
Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $8.00 / hour.
