Youth Worker I Or II

Richmond Campus- Residential Treatment Center
Shift:
1 Full-time (B Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm)
Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the milieu. Coordinates and implements interventions and activities designed to promote growth and a stable environment as children and youth move toward permanent placement.
High school diploma or equivalent required (Youth Worker I). Bachelor's degree preferred in social science or related field (Youth Worker II). One to two years of experience in a therapeutic residential setting preferred. CPR and First Aid required, with knowledge of crisis behavior management, child development and counseling. This position requires driving. Requires a clear driving record with a valid Texas Driver's License.
