Exciting opportunity for a Licensed Vocational Nurse – LVN to work day shift and travel (will work 3 days per week at Memorial location and 2 days at Richmond, TX location) between both youth residential treatment facilities located in Houston and Richmond, TX. Will coordinate resident assessments, plan evaluations, necessary treatments, dispensing of medications and various other duties.
Requirements/skills include:
· Must have a minimum of one (1) year psychiatric nursing experience working with troubled children and adolescents
· CPR, Behavior Management, Seclusion and Restraint training
· A valid Texas driver's license, clear driving record and proof of personal auto liability insurance
· Must have a diploma/degree from an accredited vocational nursing school and a current Texas Vocational Nurses License.
