Maintenance Worker II
Job Location: 4950 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX and Richmond, TX
Shift:
1 Full-time
Hours:
M-F 8:00- 5:00 pm
Description:
An individual with basic maintenance experience needed to assist in maintaining the buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles at two of DePelchin Children's Center locations (4950 Memorial Dr. in Houston and 710 South 7th Street in Richmond, TX)
Requirements/skills include:
- Three (3) + year’s exp. in facilities maintenance; prefer exp in a health care environment
- Basic working knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, preventative maintenance, elevators, fire protection systems, cooling towers and security system
- Above average communication skills and computer literacy
- High school diploma or GED
