Shift Supervisor I or II
Job Location: Houston, TX
These are brief descriptions of all current job openings throughout the Agency. Unless otherwise noted, all positions are located at the Memorial location and the hours are 8-5 M-F. The requirements and duties listed are summaries, and are not intended to provide the full scope of any position. Seeking candidates with management skills to be the front line supervisors and conductors of the program under the supervision of the Unit Coordinator/Residential Operations Managers.
Requirements/skills include:
· Two (2) to three (3) years exp. in a Therapeutic residential setting with some supervision responsibilities
· CPR and First Aide required with knowledge of crisis behavior management, child development, and counseling
· Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Minimum of High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in social sciences or related field
Work hours:
· M-F B Shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm)
· Weekends, A Shift (6:30 am -10:30pm), B Shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm)
