Weekend Shift Supervisor I or II
Job Location: Houston, TX
Description
Seeking potential candidates with management skills to be the front line supervisors and conductors of the program under the supervision of the Unit Coordinator/Residential Operations Managers. Qualified candidates must have the ability to supervise others and establish effective relationships.
Requirements/skills include:
- Two (2) to Three (3) exp in a Therapeutic residential setting with some supervision responsibilities.
- CPR and First Aide required with knowledge of crisis behavior management, child development, and counseling.
- Requires an individual who is highly organized, flexible and able to work well with time deadlines and accountability.
- Average to advanced level of complexity, specific knowledge, experience, and creativity.
- Must be computer literate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work hours:
- M-F B Shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm)
- Weekends, A Shift (6:30 am -10:30pm), B Shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm)
Education:
- Minimum of High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree preferred in social sciences or related field, minimum of High School diploma
