Description:
We are seeking several individuals with a minimum of one year preferably two years of experience in a residential setting working with children and adolescents who have intense psychiatric needs. This program is a step down or diversion from psychiatric hospitalization for children who have a history of hospitalization. The goal of the program is to assist clients to stabilize symptoms, develop positive coping skills and modify troublesome behaviors in a structured and supportive clinical setting. Requirements Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services related field; 2 years of experience working with children who have behavioral problems is preferred
CPR and First Aid certification as well as clear driving record and a valid Texas Driver’s License
