Oracle Fixed Assets Specialist for Logistics Financials

This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.
Job Skills/Requirements
Primary Qualifications (candidate MUST possess to be considered):
US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
5+ years experience in an ERP/Federal Financials delivery role. Deep functional knowledge of the Oracle Fixed Assets application. DoD experience a plus.
Functional knowledge of Federal asset acquisition, depreciation, tracking, disposition, and retirement regulations and standards.
Experience with Oracle AIM documentation.
Working knowledge of interaction between Oracle Fixed Assets and Federal General Ledger including period end requirements.
Experience in enterprise applications and business process improvement methods.
Experienced in leading business solution design workshops.
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with various levels of management and customer clients.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Responsible for the configuration design for the Oracle Fixed Assets module to support the ECSS Logistics Financials requirements.
Leads business process solution development workshops and working sessions and facilitates client alignment and support for new solution.
Documenting the Oracle Fixed Assets configuration design.
Documenting functional requirements pertaining to asset depreciations, tracking, disposition, and retirement processes.
Developing the functional specifications for RICEW objects.
Develops business process improvements specific to logistics financials, supply chain, and ERP processes.
Maintains solution design within standard Oracle Product Suite capabilities.
Coordinates and communicates solution development across other IPT teams as needed.
Works with the Solution Architecture, Training, Change Management, Data, and Systems Engineering resources assigned to the IPT to design an integrated solution.
Facilitates and supports business solution design and Solution Design Lab activities which include configuration, development of test scenarios, and testing to confirm viability of the solution.
Supports gap analysis between requirements and package capabilities and develop recommendations for resolution.
