Oracle Financials Specialist (for SDL support) for Logistics Financials

Job Location: Beavercreek, OH

Department: Solution Development

Shift: Full-Time / 1st Shift

This job reports to the Program Manager

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.

Job Skills/Requirements
Primary Qualifications (candidate MUST possess to be considered):
US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
5+ years experience in an ERP/Federal Financials delivery role. Deep functional knowledge in at least 2 of the following applications: Oracle Federal General Ledger/Budget, Projects Billing, Projects Costing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, or Cash Management. DoD experience a plus.
Functional knowledge of Federal financial regulations and standards.
Experience with Oracle AIM documentation.
Working knowledge of interaction between Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Order Management with Oracle Federal General Ledger and period end requirements.
Experience in enterprise applications and business process improvement methods

Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to work harmoniously with various levels of management and customer clients.
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Responsible for supporting the configuration of an Oracle instance to support Solution Design Lab (SDL) activities.
Documenting the SDL configuration.
Maintains solution design within standard Oracle Product Suite capabilities.
Works with the functional requirements team members to understand the business requirements, define design scenarios, and configure the SDL environment to support them.
Facilitates and supports business solution design and Solution Design Lab activities which include configuration, development of test scenarios, and testing to confirm viability of the solution.
Supports gap analysis between requirements and package capabilities and develop recommendations for resolution.
