Configuration Management Process Engineer

This job reports to the Program Manager
Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.
Job Skills/Requirements
Primary Qualifications (candidate MUST possess to be considered):
US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
Analytical and problem solving skills
Communication and presentation skills
Organization and time management skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems either on site or remotely
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Academic coursework working with components written in languages such as Java, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting languages
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Perform duties in the capacity of CM Process Engineer
Collaborate with Build Manager to perform item identification, change control, build inventory, and build migration functions
Design/develop/execute canned and customized reports of status of items under CM control and pending change requests to be used internally and for customer presentations
Participate in internal CM related meetings as CM process engineer
Participate in CM related meetings with DoD customer, as required
Support CM audits conducted by customer and internal QA audits

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
