Senior ERP Data Management, Modeler/Developer

This job reports to the Program Manager

Relocation is not provided and travel is not required.

This is a Full-Time position, working 1st Shift.

Job Skills/Requirements
Primary Qualifications (candidate MUST possess to be considered):
US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
Five or more years of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Data Management experience (Oracle preferred)

Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
Three or more years of Air Force Systems / Air Force Legacy Systems technical experience
Three or more years of technical and functional experience with Extract, Transport, and Load (ETL) tools Three or more years of mainframe to mid-tier Data Mapping and migration experience desired
Three or more years of experience with Data Engineering desired
Three to five years of Data Modeling, Data Cleansing, Data Quality, Data ETL Processing and Data Manipulation languages (SQL) experience desired
Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision
Ability to work with others in high paced, dynamic situations
Ability to operate under deadlines
Ability and willingness to multi-task

Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements for an ERP solution
Understands the Air Force supply, maintenance or financial systems, and the ability to perform functional allocations to identify required tasks and their interrelationships
Experience with process modeling/improvement and Air Force ADP information systems are desirable
Responsible for supporting the delivery of technical and business solutions based upon enterprise applications (ERP products based), and working independently to develop enterprise-based programs of medium to high complexity.
Activities include the development, integration and deployment of enterprise solutions.
Support ERP Analysts, Designers, Business and Database Specialist and Architectural Experts with enterprise applications programming, workshops, documentation, training and user support.
Efforts will produce business solution models, technical work products, unit-tested code, data structures, user interfaces, documentation and enhanced logical processes that will effectively utilize enterprise applications.
Assist analysts with data mapping and data profiling
Provide reports and metrics from ETL tools and metadata repository
Provide work direction and guidance to other personnel
Ensure accuracy of the work of other personnel

Education or Years of Experience Requirements
• BS + 6 years or MS + 4 years of general IT experience, including formal training and 2 years experience in enterprise applications and/or including formal training and 1 year experience in data bases such as ORACLE, M204, SYBASE, INFORMIX, DB2, etc. Three years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree.
