Scope of Work:
Positions will provide Federal government agencies with integrated Information Technology (IT) support for evolving needs on a global basis. Positions may provide( A) Infrastructure and related services, (B) Applications and related services, and (C) IT Management Services.
A. Infrastructure includes complete life cycle support for all hardware, software, and services, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition of these components. The services also include administration and help desk functions necessary to support the IT infrastructure (e.g., desktop support, network administration).
B. Application Services provide support for all applications and collaborative service capabilities. These services include support for developing and implementing enterprise and departmental-level applications. These applications may be “cross-cutting” in nature, with inter-related service processing components extending across/beyond the enterprise, or unique to a particular agency/department’s mission requirements. Application Services include complete life cycle support, including planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition.
C. IT Management Services provide support for operations and IT resource management requirements along with the foundational support to effectively align IT requirements with Federal government business operations. These services encompass support for all strategic planning, management, and control functions integral to IT initiatives.

Job Description:

• Plans, organizes, and conducts research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law or business, etc. in support of an IT initiative.
• Searches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, statistical records, and other sources of information. May use Internet, Intranet, magazines, periodicals, journals, and other media to perform research.
• Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals.

Primary Qualifications
• US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
• Capable of demonstrating experience, skills and knowledge to be able to perform quality work performance relating to the job description
• Experiences in one or more areas are desirable:
o Customer Services, Process Automation, Routing and Scheduling, Business Management, Process Management, Organizational Management, Investment Management , Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management, Records Management, Analysis and Statistics and Business Intelligence, Data Management, Human Resources, Financial Management, Asset/Material Management, Development and Integration, Security Management, Collaboration, Communications and Systems Management, Controls and Oversight, Risk Management and Mitigation, Regulatory Development, Planning and Resource Allocation, Budget Formulation/Execution, Capital Planning, Enterprise Architecture (EA), Strategic Planning, Management Improvements and IT Security

Education or Years of Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business areas or Technologies areas or comparable experience
