Primary Qualifications: (candidate must have to be considered)
- US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check
- 2 or more years of process modeling skills
- 2 or more years technical product configuration, design and/or integration experience
- Experience working with process modeling concepts and tools
- Experience working with business processes
- Experience working with relevant process modeling software packages or classes of packages, and products within area of technical expertise
- Experience supporting the delivery of technical and business solutions from a process modeling perspective
- Ability to work independently to develop & maintain enterprise-based programs/models of medium to high complexity.
- Experience developing, integrating and maintaining business process models
Secondary Qualifications
- Experience with Metastorm Provision a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and as part of a team, operate under deadlines
- Prior working experience with DoD systems a plus
- Good analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation, testing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to translate technical language into client language
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
- Responsible for development, integration and maintenance of business process models
- Support Business Process Analysts, Designers, Business Specialist and Architectural Experts with enterprise and process area modeling, workshops, documentation, training and user support. Efforts will produce business solution models, technical work products and documentation
- Support the Process Modeling Team in Quality Assurance activities, as related to process model development, reviews and approvals. This includes supporting the development and implementation of modeling standards and assuring that standards are adhered to
- Collaborates with appropriate individuals, functional groups and project management related to developing, maintaining, reporting and sharing process models and related information
- Participates and provides expertise in technical reviews and inspections related to business process models
Education or Years of Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years system related IT experience. Five years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree
