Dixon is looking for a customer service rep to join it`s warehouse team in Houston, TX. You will assist customers with sales and product inquiries, handle incoming customer orders, and respond to customer problems. You need to be able to determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to company policy. You will also need to be able to handle and process returns, as well as help with cycle counts.

- Two to four years of customer service experience
- Past history of excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
- Proven track record with difficult customers
- Following up with customers to make sure customer needs are satisfied
- Excellent telephone manners and business writing skills
What you need to be able to do:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Process customer orders via fax, phone, email
- Pay attention to detail
- Follow instructions
- Work in a fast paced call center environment
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Drive
- Strong ability to handle challenges and multitask

- Maintain calm under pressure
