We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team at Buck Company in Quarryville, PA.
The HR Generalist will support the daily human resources operations. This role will be a key resource for employees and will contribute to talent management, benefits, compliance, and training efforts. The HR Generalist will also play a role in coordinating workflow, preparing reports and ensuring all files are in compliance with mandated local, state, and federal regulations.
Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred, and three years experience in human resources. Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, professional and positive attitude.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Assist employees with systems, benefits questions, etc.
- Recruiting, benefits support and compliance
- Maintain policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Provide additional support and assistance with projects as needed
Knowledge of basic HR functions
Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UltiPro and Kronos)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Personable and professional demeanor
