Position Description:
Dixon Sanitary, a Wisconsin based division of Dixon Valve & Coupling, is seeking an experienced “hands-on” Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will look at this position as a career opportunity and must display strong organizational and leadership skills.  This individual will be measured on pick/pack productivity, inventory control (accuracy), same-day shipping percentages, and their ability to meet or exceed service level requirements. There is a potential for expanding the management role to include the machining/fabrication center.  Excellent communication with customers, coworkers and other departments will be key to success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Leadership and mentoring mindset (Team Lead in previous role, entry-level manager willing to learn)
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• Solid decision making ability
• Computer literate
• Good basic math skills
• Well organized and accountable for own work
• Great attitude and attendance
• Team player

Desirable Requirements

• Management Experience  (conducting yearly reviews, maintaining schedules, etc)
  
• Warehouse / Distribution experience
  
• Previous exposure in a manufacturing environment
  
• Industry (fluid handling products) experience a real plus

Education

College degree or military experience preferred
